The State University of New York College at Plattsburgh (SUNY Plattsburgh or Plattsburgh State College) is a public university located in Plattsburgh, New York. Founded in 1889, the college opened its doors in 1890. It is affiliated with the State University of New York (SUNY) system and is also accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
