Universite Perpignan Via Domitia is a public university founded in 1970. A non profit public higher education institution, the college is located in the small city of Perpignan. Having various campuses in locations such as Mende and Narbonne, the university is officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of France.
